Architecture
The architectural design of Country Park III was developed under the direction of V.L. Logvinov, Chairman of the Union of Moscow Architects, and continues the architectural theme set by the first building in the complex. The building’s face hints at sails filled with wind carrying a boat along canals of Moscow. The buildings transparent front is a smart, technologically sophisticated building envelope. The heat insulation and heat retention properties of the wall systems provide maximum comfort and reduce building operating costs. Large panoramic windows fill the building with sunlight.
Open space provides freedom for creativity: you can choose from customized class A offices ready for work or do your own fit-out.
We offer apartment offices for sale on the top three floors. These are both executive class offices and comfortable apartments with full range of hotel, secretarial and transportation services. All apartments have an exit to spacious rooftop terraces with an option for landscaping.
