Facade works started in Country Park III

27.04.2011 Development and Management Company BPS has started the assembling of translucent constructions at Country Park 3 – the third phase of Country Park A class business center.

The supplier of the facade systems is Schüco company, glass supplier is AGC Glass Russia, which key principles are reliability, quality, innovations and ecological safety.

The chosen translucent constructions for Country Park 3 present a modern technological “building cover”. High heat insulating and static characteristics, durability of Schüco systems in combination with solar protective glass of Stopsol Phoenix Clear by Russian producer AGC ensure long-term operations of the facade systems without additional costs for building maintenance.

The opening of the Country Park 3 is scheduled for the first decade of 2012.

The first and the second phase of the project with world known tenants as BMW Group, METRO Group, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Nokian Tyres, Nutricia, Porsche, SC Johnson, TYCO, Volvo, Yokohama offered new standards of business environment and lifestyle. Country Park is proud of its club atmosphere and tenant’s loyalty for many years. Now only, due to Country Park development, its offices are on the market again!
