BPS took part in the 6th Green & Sustainable Real Estate Conference

The 6th annual Green & Sustainable Real Estate Conference organized by IM Events took place in «Digital October» on the 25-h of September. It was attended by the leading Russian experts of in the field of sustainable construction.

The Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and the government of Moscow recognize the importance of sustainable construction. It is clear that these buildings have many advantages from the point of view of operation, cost reduction, and minimization of impact on the environment. Dmitri Katz, the chief architect of BPS International, told that all objects of green construction in Germany have to obtain a Building Energy Rating Certificate. It is impossible let out on lease an apartment or an office without this Certificate. By the year 2020 Germany plans to achieve a zero factor in the overall average consumption of energy.
