What is the secret of Country Park’s beauty? The harmony of human and nature!              

Country Park is one of Russia’s first green projects.  We believe that a person can only discover true freedom and comfort in harmony with nature and the environment.

Country Park’s architectural concepts are taken from nature! 

All buildings have been designed and arranged on the territory to offer views of Butakovsky Bay and the waters of the Khimkinskoe Reservoir. Natural building materials – wood and stone – were used in designing the restaurant and the yacht club.


Moscow’s Northwest District is considered the cleanest from an environmental standpoint. There are no industrial production plants, and the fresh west winds prevailing in Moscow pass through large "green filters".
Most of the natural preserves are located here, including Serebryany Bor, Dolina Reki Skhodnya v Kurkino nature park, and the Moskvoretsky, Tushinsky and Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo natural historical parks.
Country Park follows the principle of maximum green space inside a building. The "phase 2" building has an atrium and a living roof with expansive green terraces designed for this purpose.

You can work outside at Country Park, too! 

A lot of tenants grab their laptops and head for the waterfront to work outside in the fresh air.
