The Beginning

Country Park is a fine example of a balanced urban planning policy combined with a carefully considered, socially responsible development concept!

In 2001, Country Park existed only on paper, and its future site was a rather depressing area with a narrow, sludge-filled stream. Butakovsky Bay, which was mainly used as a waste dump, was cleaned up and turned into an attractive lake with a cobblestoned waterfront and splendid park. Today, Country Park is not only a business complex offering European quality services, but it has become a full-scale recreation area for its neighbours.
